Web 2.0 technology has brought a revolution in the Internet, making information from the production of the majority and the consumption of the majority of people possible and the boundaries of the production and consumption becoming blurred. Meanwhile, the application of a variety of personal news is to lead the human society to enter the phase of a new media—from the we media era. Blog is one of the first form of we media which was originated from the platform of the Web2.0 and it is a main form which is manifested presently in the Web2.0. In addition, Podcasts,Digg,Shoot,Vlogging and personal e-magazine are the forms of we media which exist wildly in the Internet at present.We can find that in terms of the communicator, the monopolistic discourse of the communicator has been generalized and the audience has a good feedback and interaction using the traditional theory of the communication to analyze we media. In fact, the boundaries between the communicators of we media and the receivers of we media have become blurred, reaching the real "communication and receiving becoming one integration". As for the control of the communication, the right to communicate has become unprecedented expansion and the traditional gatekeeper has been failure. Similarly, some of existing theories of the communication effects has expired. It is based on these analyses that this paper presents a new concept of we communication and points out that we communication has some characteristics such as ,everyone providing contents, being away the center, possessing a good interaction and feedback and so on compared with the mass communication.Since the birth of we media groups, making the news production on the Internet begins to farewell the old mode of the production which relied on the traditional news organizations and forms a modern news production which is independent self—conducted by the Internet users, the restructuring processes of the production of the Internet news are to achieve through the Internet users having grown into the independent we media communicators.We media is constantly eroding the shares of the traditional media and making deeper and deeper impact on the journalism. Of course, the we media has its own limitations, but its greatest advantage lies in the possibility of the unlimited development under the technical support. This paper has also made a forecast for the future development of the we media. As for presenting in the content, the hypermedia is embedded as a major direction of the development of the we media. The prospect of the amalgamation of triple nets such as Radio, TV Network and the Internet will bring enormous room for the development of the we media, but also have a tremendous impact on the whole pattern of the mass communication, and may even completely topple the existing media structure.
