The Application Research Of Classification In Faculty Member Evaluation

Data mining,an efficient method to SQLve the problem that there's plenty of data source but little knowledge valuble,is a generally accepted new domain with wide research and application prospect,which,in essence,is a process to extract the potentially useful unknown hidden information from the database.As technology devoted to data analyzing and understanding,and also to revealing the hidden knowledge from data,data mining has been one of the most important goals of the current technology application.At home and abroad there have been many remarkable breakthroughs in the data mining theories and applications,however,few in the application into education field.With the development of the information technology,the colleges have successively established management systems of the educational administration, scientific research,and teacher and student information and accumulated massive data material.According to the present situation of the use of university database management system as well as the request of science development and the connotation construction,applying the data mining technology in the college teaching and scientific research assessment work to excavate the intrinsic factors which influence the quality of teaching and the scientific research level with the use correlation data in university,is the need of improving the personnel training quality and the scientific research level.And it plays an vital role in promoting the ability of scientific management and making reasonable decision.This article,taking the data of teaching and the scientific research assessment in Zaozhuang University as the research background and SQL Server 2005 as the platform,completed teaching and scientific research assessment and the result analysis based on decision tree.First,determine excavation object and excavation duty according to Zaozhuang University data environment;Then,carry on the data pretreatment work including data acquisition,compiles,cleaning up, transformation and subduction and so on.Based on the above work,the database design work of the teaching and scientific research assessment system of Zaozhuang University has completed;Finally,the classified excavation on teaching assessment and the scientific research assessment based on the decision tree with the algorithm provided by SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services(SSAs) has separately realized.We has obtained the good classified effect,and carried on the analysis to the excavation result unified the actual situation of Zaozhuang University.
