Project Management Application For The Development Of Bank Products

The essential purpose of this dissertation is applying CMM/CMMI to the actual project management flow in the development of commercial bank products, intending to form the software product development administrative regulations which are easier to carry out. In order to achieve better customer focus, enhance the bank software product development capabilities, further promote the product innovation of the whole bank and plan the products system of the whole bank, it is urgent to establish a strategic plan which conforms to the development of the whole bank and a highly effective and risk controllable product development operation flow which follows the principle that gathers the gauge, makes the responsibility clear and guarantee the efficiency as well as the benefit.For these reasons, we implement a product development management system which suits the bank's own software product development administrative regulations and promotes software product development management process improvement of the whole bank. The system is used to continually promote development and management capability of the bank.The implementation of the system follows JavaEE and Web Services standards, and uses the industry's popular open-source technology framework and standards in each layer based on technologies of development of multi-layer. The system provides Web Service interface standards for the main functions to maintain loosely coupled functional modules, realizes JavaEE enterprise application solution based on web and adoptions B/S configurations. The operation interface is based on the IE browser. The presentation layer is achieved by Struts, the middle layer deals with the control components business logic using the Spring IoC, and the backstage access to the database is through the Hibernate persistence layer framework.The first part of this dissertation analyzes the popular project management theory and the operation flow of the commercial banking product development. The second part proposes a whole project design of the product development management system, including the general goals and architecture. Also, the technical solution and test scheme are emphatically elaborated in Part 2. The third part of this dissertation describes the division of system function module in detail. Then the dissertation provides a specific program implementation of the core functions and analyzes it finally.
