As our legal system becomes more sound and complete,An open,fair,efficient,trustworthy and transparent court procedure is highly exptected.To meet the current social situation and economic law system construction,different kinds of digital and intelligent courts rise and develop rapidly.Courts adopt different business information management systems to manage case business processes more or less the same.These information management systems also built using different technologies and solutions.In addition,the information system managers have their own management emphases and styles in courts.As a result,these systems output data formats are different.All these lead to a giant gap for cross-courts communication inevitably.Ever since the National Supreme Court reclaims the authority for rechecking the capital punishment,all inferior courts are required to deliver the full information for each death penalty case.The National Supreme Court will be overwhelmed without a unified and transparent data access interface.This paper begins with our research background,and then introduces the heterogeneous data conformity technology and its current status;It also analyzes the current situation and existing problems on case communication between different courts.This paper concentrates on how to efficiently conform the multivariate and heterogenous data of court cases and output these data in an uniform electro format. Based on the problem that different courts use different judicial information management systems with therir own information output interfaces,we propose and provide a unified and transparent data output interface for multivariate and isomerous court data.The proposed interface bases itself on the Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) and adopts XML,XML-related and Object Relationship Mapping(ORM) technology.With this information interface,different courts can exchange data conveniently,and the data delivered to Supreme Court takes a unified format to use and manage conveniently.The paper focuses on unifying multivariate and isomerous data through XML and XML-related technology,under SOA.In the end of the paper,we conclude and give out the direction for future research.
