Parallel data broadcasting is a special form of the traditional data broadcast,That is,a lot of cultural information in parallel broadcast and downloads.Traditional data broadcast with the bandwidth limitations,only limited data on the dissemination of information,large-scale parallel data broadcasting technology which combines internet and broadcast network advantage,in the same bandwidth,settle the question of difficult to achieve arich tradition of broadcasting source,and parallel broadcast and save both on technical issues."Parallel" broadcast has two implications:in the space,the resources of many different sub-programs tie up bandwidth for the users to freedom choice;in terms of time,resources of the same program at different times to download page also tied up for the user to choose.The most prominent advantage of introduce broadcast is brought about by the quick release of information,independent mobility,and ultimately stored in the user terminals and integration.As part of join the new technology and user,the paper carry out for broadcast system of a receiving terminal's technical studies.In the receiving end system,The article focuses on the design of hardware of the broadcasting receiver based on MPEG-2.Digital TV platforms DVB(Digital Video Broadcasting),The main goal is is to achieve a transmission medium for all applicable digital TV technologies and systems,our country has been identified DVB-C digital cable television standard.The article dissertate the whole based on MPEG-2 parallel broadcasting receiver hardware design scheme and implement.The aim of the design is to provide a receiving flat based on consumer PC for parallel broadcasting system based on MPEG-2.Receiver,receiving software and consumer PC constitute the subsystem of the parallel broadcasting based on MPEG-2.The receiver including:QAM demodulation and RS correct error decode,MPEG-2 Demux,data buffer and system control function and USB interface.QAM demodulation and RS error-correcting decode is implemented by high-frequency head.The whole project has passed the professors' examination and obtained good appraisement.The part of the hardware board design and debugging is completed,in line with the design requirements,but there are many good local needs,such as the CA function as a reserve in the design can not be completed now,it need to further improve in the future.
