Study On The Security Management Of Digital Archive Information

With the rapid development of science and technology and widespread application of information technology,nation and society is becoming increasingly dependent on information sectors.More and more files,documents are produced and existed digitally.Due to their specialty,how to keep these digital archive safely,and maintain their accessibility is a challenge. In our country,it doesn't develop the study on the security evaluation of archive information based on the rate system,though it proposed that the objective of establishing the security system of archive information.Administrators can find system vulnerability in time only acrossing the security evaluation of archive information based on science model and method.Some defensive measures are taken to ensure the security of digital archive system.From the achievements in this field home and abroad,it is indicated that the study on the security evaluation of digital archive information is a basic study in establishing the security management system of digital archive information.Based on analyzing the main factors that threat the safety of digital archive, this paper sets up five first level indexes, such as physical security, management safety, network security ,information security and system security, corresponding to each first level index and sets up second index, then constructs evaluation system for digital archive information security. Many qualitative and uncertain factors of digital archive evaluation considered and many evaluation methods analyzed, this paper introduces emphatically about Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Synthesis Evaluation Modeling Method of digital archive information. The evaluation step about the security of digital archive information has been described. Finally, combining with the instance of digital archive, the evaluation step of digital archive information security by seeing of evaluating model, the result of evaluation is in conformity with reality. Administrator finds system vulnerability in time from the evaluation system.Some defensive measures are taken to ensure the digital archive system operating safely and stably.The paper pioneeringly applies security evaluation to security management of digital archive,then first constructs evaluation system for digital archive information security through choosing characteristic index at home.The evaluation system offers science basis for security management of the digital archive information.
