The Design And Realization Of Files Management System Basing On Asp.net

According to the uncertainty of water information caused by changes of natural factors as climate and terrain environment, this research topic, on the basis of analyses on user needs, achieves the effective information management of technology files, document files, and standardizing data under B/S pattern.
