Research Of Public Security Audio And Video Files Management System For Public Security Based On DRM

The public security organ preserves a mass of photos,audio and video files(hereafter called AVF).At present,the preservation,access and transmission of these files are conducted under conventional environment.The public security system's informationization construction is also facing new issues from the aspect of AVF management.One of the most urgent problems needed to be addressed is the digitized AVF can be easily duplicated and spread,which causes confidential leakage. The AVF management system for public security sector introduces the Digital Right Management(DRM) technique and provides a solution for keeping confidentiality of AVF during process of distribution and transmission.The paper's prime work and innovation include the following aspects:1.On the basis of the study of the principle,the system model and the key technologies of DRM, we designed the AVF management system that integrated DRM.2.We used modeling tool for the database design,and integrated the popular open source framework Spring, Struts and Hibernate(SSH) to achieve the three-tier structure of the system.3.DRM system model which is based on the cryptology technology has been used in this system together with DOI technologies and DREL realize the DRM service system based on Web Service.In the process of DRM Web Services realization,the system applies many technologies,including the production of UUID under J2EE platform as the DOI for each AVF;the realization of JCE for encryption and decryption manager factory based on Factory Pattern;the realization of the production,authorization,authentication process of permit,which uses the open style ODRL to express authorization information. Finally,the paper analyses the process i.e.the client side receives and analyzes the authorization information to decipher and view the AVF.The majority functions of this system have been completed at present and have being tested in No.3 research institute of the Ministry of Public Security.It is estimated that the on- line test will be carried out in August.
