The Study And Planning Of Traffic Accident Analysis System

Traffic accident Analysis System provides an integrated information environment, which is used to collect, process and utilize information for analyzing the cause of traffic accident and for preventing traffic accident from happening. It help the department of traffic administration and road building grip the dynamic tendency of accident, so that the information can be shared in department or between departments. It enhances the utilization of information, improves traffic administration and traffic safety, increases usage percent of road, and strengthens security and availability of traffic. By building national or local Traffic accident Analysis center, using technique of database, data warehouse, data mining, web and communication, implement griping procession of single accident and macroscopically tendency of accident, correctly estimating traffic security status, planning the policy of traffic. Therefore, the whole informational process including collecting, utilizing and adding values can be complete.This project is based on the traffic accident administration model of Chongqing Traffic Administration. In this paper, we analyze the object and requirement of Traffic accident Analysis System, and plan the architecture of system. We plan the route to implement the Traffic accident Analysis System: be established in system integrating, develop the subsystem: Traffic accident dealing system using the subsystem policeman can process the accident case and collect the initial information of accident .by developing interface, we can transform data to the statistical system. By building accident data warehouse, we can put the information in order and load in data warehouse. By building multiple dimension data model, we can execute action of OLAP and develop data mining module for KDD. By now, the project completed the development of Traffic accident dealing system.In the process of software designing, we obeyed software engineering rules, used Object-oriented development method. The design, analysis and implementation are deep and concrete.
