The Remote-Observing System For Target-Vessels Based On GPS And The Plough Navigation Technology

Many new weapons have been equipped by army, the modernization degree of navy is continuously improving.Because the missile with large range has been equiped, the target-vessels remote measure system hardly satisfies the request of target practice. The new type of target-vessels remote measure system with long distance location and long distance wireless communication function will be the development trend.The background of this paper is upgrading and transforming target-vessel remote measure system. For adapting the requirement of new era navy targeting test, on the basis of further studying GPS and Plough navigational techonolgy, desinging a system based on GPS and Plough navigation technology. Meeting the requirement of positioning accuracy and target-vessel remote monitoring, meanwhile the paper puts forward the degin techonolgy which will support the army remote measuring and also be used in civil remote measuring field.The paper studys the satellite positioning and remote wireless communication techonolgy; Combining the practical requirement of target-vessel remote measure system positioning accuracy and information teletransmission, put forward the system design scheme of GPS and Plough navigational techonolgy combination mode.The paper completes the overall design of target-vessels remote measure system and the software and hardware of data acquisition and output interface board and the monitoring software of ground command and control center. The paper follows the practical and reliability degin principle, puts forward the overall design acheme which includes target load subsystem and ground command and control center subsystem. The scheme bases on point to point network structure. Using chip peripheral design techonolgy and assemble programmming method complete the software and hardware degin of data acquisition and output interface board, achieves data acquisition save and transform function.Using VB and SQL 2000 completes the monitoring software design of ground command and control center,achieves informaiton show and save function.At last, the paper achieves the monioring system of ground command and contrl center in simulation environment, the operation results show that the design of this paper can satify the requirment of positioning accuracy, meanwhile also can achieve information remote wireless communication.
