The Development Of Office Automation System Based On B/S

With the rapid development of information technology, especially computer technology and network communication technology, office automation system has developed quickly, and becomes more widely used in enterprises. Therefore, a successful office automation software can improves work efficiency; speed up the flow of information and save the cost.This paper, based on extensive reading of both domestic and foreign reference materials, gives a general overview of the connotation, current situation, development trend and the main technology of OA. And also, the methods of development OA system have been researched and contrasted.After a full scope of investigation and need analyses of Hefei Zijin Pipe Co., Ltd. , this paper finally settles on B/S Mode as its system structure and ASP.NET as its development environment, implements many function modules, such as Personnel management, Schedule management, Document management, Mail transmission, Public information management, System management. This paper gives the design of system architecture and each functional module, and detailed information on database. And also, this paper introduces how to install, deploy and operate this OA system.Zijin Pipe OA system utilizes advanced development tools, implemented uniform data accessing interface by usual data access module, fully uses storage procedures, enhances efficiency of data access. Meanwhile, this system uses secure method such as logon verification, assign user, role, module operation rights, operation log etc. These methods ensure practicability, security of the whole system.
