With the rapid development of science and technology, dynamic testing technology accounts for the dominant position in the field of measurement and with a wide range of applications. However, the theoretical study of the dynamic measurement accuracy compares with a static accuracy of the theory, because of its late start, more difficult, the higher complexity, so the theoretical system is not yet perfect and a lot of questions are still in the exploratory stage. The scientific dynamic testing accuracy theory can not only describe characteristics of the dynamic test system, but also can give a reliable assessment on the dynamic test results, and further improve the accuracy of dynamic testing system. Because of the important position in the modern measurement techniques, the study of the dynamic accuracy theoretical has arose the attention of scholars.Based on the functional requirements of the dynamic accuracy experimental system, design a experimental system based on the angular displacement transfer. the system uses servo motor as driver equipment, and uses 17 bit high accuracy coder in the motor as metrical benchmark, then measures the output signal of coder while the motor is working in diverse speed and contrasts with the output signal of the round raster Synchronously, the change of difference of the two kinds of signal expresses the change of system accuracy. Based on the analysis of a large number of experimental data treatment, we can look for changes in the law of accuracy and provide a reliable basis for traceability for the error decomposition.This paper introduces the debugging process while servo motor is working in interferential environment, analyses various disturbance, regulates system plus including manual regulation and automatic regulation after setting the inertia ratio and mechanical rigidity in order to achieve the best setting .In addition, according to the experimental system, set up a system error whitening model based on a new precision theory of dynamic measurement on whole system Use some mathematical methods such as wavelet analysis and Fourier spectrum analysis can come true the traceability of the system error.
