Now, with the development of technology and dynamic measurement, the request for precision becomes higher for test system and instrument, the traditional static measurement can't satisfy the requirement of modern test, as a result, we have to apply dynamic test to research deeply of dynamic error theory. For most of precision instruments, motor, reducer, ball screw, etc are important source of error. Analyzing and valuing the error of these effect precision of the whole test system. We have designed a multifunctional experimental system for dynamic precision study with these parts, to provide a laboratory platform for researching the precision of the dynamic system.(1) Promoting the structural design of experimental system for dynamic precision, based on the original system, we have added 1-D work table, linear raster and other parts, droved by servo motor, reducer rotates, and the Ball screw droved by reducer moves linearly on linear guideway, which is measured by linear raster.(2) Using DAQ card AC6651 and PCI2394, as well as electrocircuit designed, we have finished the auto control of speed and automatic reverse of servo motor, locking control and other control function.(3) Using DAQ card PCI2394 to finish synchronous data acquisition of three groups signal of system. Finishing counting, acquisition and display and so on in LabVIEW by calling the functions of dynamic link library, then, saving date in the database of Microsoft Access.(4) Carrying out dynamic error experiment, and importing data in Matlab to comparing three groups signal, analyzing the spectrum of system error and preliminary analyzing the source of error in the system.
