With the social development, it pays more and more attention to sharing of information resources, rational distribution in today's world. Sharing Information resources even has a direct impact on people's living standard improvement for material and spiritual life. However, utilization of large-scale test equipment is extremely limited owe to information exchange occlusion in major companies, institutions and research institutes, as a result, a large number of information resources waste. It runs counter to the social development. So building a shared platform for large-scale experimental apparatus is in line with the requirements of social development. How to complete the data acquisition and processing of remote data sharing platform for a variety of different devices is one of the keys, so the content of this research has important research value and practical significance.Paper developed a dedicated high-speed data acquisition system for the need of collecting data in variety equipment in large-scale experimental apparatus sharing platform. Thesis first put forward the design and use of academic research as well as the status quo at home and abroad in this paper, and then sharing platform for large-scale experiment is described including system block diagram, workflow and business management, etc in general. For data collection requirements in Sharing platform for large-scale experimental, after based on a detailed needs analysis and introduce the principle of the sampling, it leaded to the platform data acquisition system design of the overall program. And then it detailed the hardware design, FPGA logic design and system control software design. The main part of the hardware design was to embedded C8051F020 single-chip as the core, supplemented by such as high-performance AD converters, FPGA, USB interface chip functional modules, and given a specific hardware design and circuit meanwhile. In part of the FPGA design, paper first introduced the concept and design flow of FPGA, subsequent detailed design of each module. In part of the application design, after the introduction of the development environment, it introduced the main program which was divided into three parts, including main software process, communication interface software process, server software process respectively. In part of the debugging, all parts were given the results of simulation and debugging, and given comparison of the results of figure in the end.The system interface and data format of this research paper consistent with the large-scale experimental apparatus sharing platform specifications and requirements, and can be high-speed collecting data in a wide range of equipment. After the actual test, various technical indicators have reached the design requirements. It meets the needs of data collection in Large-scale experimental apparatus sharing platform.
