Science data sharing of water resource is an indispensable component of national fundamental data-sharing and the science and technology innovation system. To implement science data sharing of water resources, which covers a broad extension and a great variety of professional data, is a difficult task due to existence of complexity of technical and, more critically, non-technical factors, such as sharing mechanism, standards and circumstance.In this thesis, the status of science data sharing of water resources at home and abroad are analyzed, and some concepts and a set of coordinate systems are proposed for classifying and grading the science data of water resources. On the basis of practice on Science Data Sharing Project (SDSP), the author studies on the information system of science data sharing of water resources for the public as well as the science research sectors of the nation, proposes the general framework of the data collection system, explains the work and technology processing process and the structure and function of this system; Furthermore, this thesis initially works out the structure and function of the sharing platform for water resources science data, introduces the construction of this platform from its planning to the software and hardware configuration.Date-Sharing Network of Water Resources is the portal website of science date sharing of water resources. It will build a platform for the communication of the public and the water resources dale, provide comprehensive inquiry and review of the date resources, and offer various sharing services such as the on-line download, mailing and delivering for the date products, on-line subscription for special demands and so on, according to the classifying and grading systems of data and users.The study on the date collection and publication system and the establishment of the sharing platform of water resources data is of great value for application. It will help to extend the research on the standardized criteria system, establish the statute system, develop information technology and data products, and make the integrated analysis for science data, and therefore to build up a national data sharing center of water resources combined with distributed and centralized model, public fundamental date and characteristic specialized information.
