Phosphorus is an important raw Chemical and was widely used in the production of society. The large-scale industrial production has runned for a century from the melting pot method to the electric furnace method what now widely was used , However, because of restrictions on its production technology, the characteristics of high energy consumption and high pollution have not been improved.The use of electric three-phase furnace for produceing phosphorus is a three-phase electric arc furnace, through the heating energy to provide energy for the production of phosphorus chemical reactions, the efficiency of heating direct impact on the energy consumption of phosphorus production and can reduce the consumption of resources for China what was a shortage of resources country and gain essential economic and social benefits. The efficiency of the heating depende on precise regulation to control the electrode on the phosphorus furnace.Because it is a system of non-linear and high-coupling, so the traditional control theorys are not good solutions to match with requirements of rapid response and robust.The paper takes the NO. 3 yellow phosphorus furnace of Kailing in Guizhou province as applicational background to research the control system of yellow phosphorus furnace. The text first analyzes the characteristics of hot of the phosphorus furnace,and deduce the mathematical relationship between electrode regulator and heat in accordance with the system at certain conditions ,and analyse the status and non-linear relationship of three-phase electrode coupling .It introduce the theory whice it takes HISC as the basic to adjust electrode ,and regard three-phase electrode coupling as a disturber of nonlinear function and take fuzzy control to simulate the function to weaken the degree of coupling three-phase electrode, and combine the expert's experience and knowledge.The text integrate with these arithmetics as a control system - expert system for phosphorus .①expert system determine and analysis the status of Furnace accord the production experience②HSIC directly control electrode regulator and possess short time and small overshoot compared with the PID ,and introdue the derivation and application of run algorithm and parameter adjustment algorithm.in accordance with the actual production of yellow phosphorus.③the text introduce different degree of membership algorithms according the requirements of input and output.The algorithms of fuzzy based on minimum illation and average anti-fuzzy algorithm and set up look-up table. The use of MATLAB designed for control system simulation, and the simulation results show that HSIC better than traditional PID,and the control system has good robustness and control better than the traditional model combined with fuzzy.
