Research And Development Of Expert System For The No.8 Blast Furnace Of CSG

In order to further enhance the technology of blast funrace, and to achieve the goal of high quality, high production, long life and low cost, the automation of blast fiunace must be enforced. Blast furnace expert system is one of the keys to carry out blast furnace intelligent manipulation.The software development platform of the expert system for the No.8 blast furnace of CSG is the visual development environment VC, the database administrative system is Oracle10g, the advanced data mining technology was used in the system. Data Mining is a multidisciplinary field of interdisciplinary researches, which combines the latest research results such as database technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistics, knowledge engineering, object-oriented methods, information retrieval, high-performance computing and data visualization techniques.The expert system for the No.8 blast furnace of CSG is composed of furnace heat subsystem, burden descent subsystem and gas flow subsystem, implementing the forecast of furnace heat trend and the abnormal situation of the burden descending, providing the suggestions of the distribution of gasflow and the integration suggestions to keep the furnace condition normal.Based on the expert system for the No.8 blast furnace of CSG project, this thesis has demonstrated the development and the application of blast furnace expert system at home and abroad, the development trend of the blast furnace expert system technology, the basic knowlodge of the development of blast furnace expert system, and the concrete design, development and implementation of the expert system for the No.8 blast furnace of CSG.
