Geological disaster has always been formidable challenge which human being has to face to. Comparing with the other disaster, geological disaster is more unpredictable, wider and serious. Three Gorges Dam is in the southwest of China where is baroque in geognosy, where is a mountainous area, and where the geological disaster always been happened from ancient. After the Three Gorges Dam completed ,water level is higher than before. Because of this change, geological disaster in this area is more likely happened. But current water quality monitoring system of China is not so advanced in the application of automation and information technology. Along with the development of technology of Internet, WebGIS and communications in wireless, it is more and more possible to inspect the geological disaster in a wide area. Because of this, this paper presents the Three Gorges Dam area geological disaster monitoring model based on WEBGIS/GPRS/, and carry out the design and realization.Main the work done in this article is: In chapter 2 and 3 of article, Did a design to the whole structure of the system first. Carried on a research to the ZigBee, GPRS, WEBGIS technique etc. which involved in the system. And lay the foundation for the behind work. In chapter 4, put forward a kind of model which Application Fuzzy Clustering Analysis in Divide the line of Potential danger degree of geological disaster. This model Make monitor point of constitution arrangement more reasonable,and realization limited resources of excellent turn an allocation.and used the rainfall as variable to establishment disaster early warning model. In chapter 5,I made the data collect software with C++ language in MFC.then,I made the platform of data release with VB language ,MapXtreme2005 and ASP.NET. This platform be able to Managed monitor point,to analysis data and released them.The technology of geological disaster auto-monitoring and prediction researched in this paper will contribute to the application of the auto-monitoring engineering, to the realization of real-time monitoring of geological disaster and remote control. It will be useful to construct a highly automotive, informationized decision support system to support auto-monitoring geological disaster and decision, auto-acquiring geological disaster data, etc.
