Design And Implementation Of The M-QA System Based On Mobile Phone For Enterprise Training

In recent years,with people's increasing work pressure,an enterprise training to enhance their capacity is an important way to meet the needs of lifelong learning.However,because the characteristics of the employees are different from the learners at school,they have been affected by all sorts of factors,such as the conflict of working and learning and the limitation of internet.And owing to those,the difficulty of the employees can not be solved effectively,and it influences the training effectiveness and the employees' positive attitude in learning.Therefore,the enterprise training makes corresponding requests to the mobility and the flexibility of learning.As a learning assistant,learning tools are also developing to a lighter and more portable way.M-QA system(Mobile Question Answering System) is a question answering tools.It is to meet the employee learners to learn anytime and anywhere,and to solve the learning problems which encounters in work or in learning quickly and efficiently.On the basis of referencing to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper analyses and summarizes the M-QA system(Question Answering System) research status.And it designs and implements an M-QA system based on mobile phone. Firstly,it introduces some relevant theories and concepts of M-QA system.And on this basis,it analyses the learning environment and the characteristics of the learners in the enterprise training.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of the mobile question answering system,it also discusses the feasibility of the M-QA system based on mobile phone.Therefore,this article designs the M-QA system based on mobile phone for enterprise training.It includes the design of the supported technology,the architecture, the general process and the main functions of module.And according to the design of the system,it also introduces how to implement the M-QA system.Finally,it summarizes the done work in this article,and put forward the insufficient and follow-up work which should be studied.
