In TD-SCDMA system, both Smart antenna and Joint detection techniques could restrain the system interference, and intercell MAI can not be eliminated by only using joint detection technique,but with using the space time relationship of user signal the Smart antenna may help to eliminate which.In this paper, we make a study of smart antenna and joint detection technology. On TD-SCDMA physical layer We begin with the simulation chain setting up.On the first, the working principles of multi-angtenna receriver is presented, the TD-SCDMA standand and its frame construct and technology of physical layer are introduced. Then the smart antenna for TD-SCDMA system and its signal receiving model are presented, the TD-SCDMA system simulation model is built.The effects of smart antenna in increasing system capability and lay area and improving system's bit error rate (BER) are analyzed. By using the simulation send module, channel module and receive module, wc focus on the combination of Joint Detection and Smart antenna in TD-SCDMA Joint detector's back-end, their interface also straightly influence the receiver's performance. Several schemes have been put forward and their theory analysis follows. And the approach which combine joint detectior and spatial filter in order to eliminate both intercell and intracell interference is proposed. At last, we validate the presented algorithm by using. Besides, we did the system test in the NODE B in real time environment.. Link simulation shows that the performance of TD-SCDMA system with this approach is better than that with only joint detection.
