MES Implement In Automobile Production Enterprise

With the increased competition of the market, more and more manufacture enterprises begin to focus on the detail procedure's control of manufacture and implement the Lean Production theory. Information technology is one of the most important tools to realize the manufacture management aim. MES is becoming hot. Meanwhile, Changing the Batch Production Mode to Order Oriented Production Mode, those enterprises want to improve their benefit for matching the change of the market. Coming with the new production mode, it is the new challenge for manufacture enterprises that how they can produce and How MES can be developed in Order Oriented Production Mode.Under the background of MES implement in a real manufacture enterprise, this thesis focuses on how to implement order oriented production control in MES, with introducing the analysis, design and creation of MES. First, the current production control is studied, several problems suffered by the enterprise of study come out, such as batch oriented production plan and batch oriented production control, etc. Then this thesis steps into each problem: Based on the upstream and downstream systems in the enterprise, creating order oriented plan is analysed and created. Based on the capability of the control devices, order oriented production control is analysed and implemented. Finally, the results and benefits to deploy the MES system are described.
