Fully integrated enterprise resource by implementing ERP to improve management efficiency and competitiveness has become the trend of the times. For some enterprises, there are a lot of difficulties to Implement ERP because of the Industry Characteristics (e.g. Denture, jewelers) ,They are pure Manual and order-driven.It is very difficult to develop a sound ERP system by once because of the changes in the process changing from manual and partial information to overall information, so we decide to use the Waterfall model and agile development methods to develop the system. Let the Enterprise use every version as soon as possible, they will find problems when they are using, then we will resolve the problems until it meets the actual situation of enterprise. The main aim of this paper is to develop the production part of the system. We make an overall plan and every stages of the Implementation first. Then I design and develop the production subsystem by using the order-Oriented Production process management and control methods.Firstly we reengineer the process of the main production system, design a customer ordering information static model, site static model, the processing of orders dynamic tracking model and shipment model. In the production process model, in accordance with the orders of static information and the basic technician's information, orders allocation algorithm designate a suitable computer technician to process specific orders. According to the each site's remaining orders and pre-arrival order information, the computer makes staff scheduling. According to dynamic records kept in the flow of workshop, we can achieve a dynamic order-tracking attitude. According site static model and the information contained in the orders, we can make out the information of certain order, and we can know whether a piece of order is overtime in one site, if it is late, this information is very important to the enterprise. The warning information can be reminder to some managers, this reminder will remind the manager to take remedial measures to delay orders, it will ensure that the vast majority of orders can enter next site after a period of time, and this objectively formed an orders -driven production style.According to business division, I design and develop three closely linked modules, it include Order management modules, production process modules, shipping management module. The system makes out the Hutchison salaries of the staff through the financial management module interface. In addition, I have developed client management module. This module provided basic data for the other modules and interface for subsequent integration of ERP and CRM. Privilege management system includes the privilege set of the system and the complex and changing privilege set in workshop. The system privilege set system can grant privilege by role, revoke privilege by role, copy privilege from one role to another. Using the workshop privilege set system, one can grant and revoke privilege freely.The entire system use B/S structure, make a standard naming system, so it is easy to develop, deploy and update. The system provides a good model to the enterprises which is order-Oriented and relying on manual production to implement ERP.
