The technique of hydraulic system condition monitoring and measuring is an effective method,which can guarantee the hydraulic equipment to run quite efficiently under the safe reliable condition.Data acquisition system is an important hydraulic system status monitoring tool.The thesis narrates the development trend of the data acquisition system of hydraulic.Combined with practical applications for wireless data transmission system of the new demands,Design and implement a new type of the wireless network based on embedded data acquisition system.The paper did detailed research in below several aspects:(1) Summarized the issues application background and the situation of domestic and foreign research,focuses on the technology of fault diagnosis and the application of wireless technology.(2) Elaborated introduce the systematic needs analysis.Proposed that the selection pressure,flow,temperature,electric current as the signal characteristics of the hydraulic system.On this basis design the overall structure of the wireless acquisition system which is composed by the wireless acquisition terminal module,the Center Coordinator, PC Server.(3) Elaborated introduce the system acquisition module wireless terminal design. Including the selection of wireless transmission chip,Terminal hardware circuit design, Signal conditioning simulation design,Wireless network protocol application,software flow chart.(4) Described in detail to the hardware and software design of The Center Coordinator which used ARM7 core processor.The hardware aspect has given the smallest system schematic diagram,the USB connection and the SPI connection schematic diagram,The software part introduced the porting and application of real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ,USB protocol related content,part source code.(5) Elaborated introduce the PC Server program which designed by Lab Windows/ CVI platform.Through the experiment of hydraulic system characteristics signal acquisition to verify the wireless DAQ system work stable and reliable.
