The new generation 8-bit MCU HCS08 family has two hundred productions.HCS08 families are high performance,few electricity,small volume,and they are applied widely to portable product;intelligent electrical appliances;automobile.The chip's applications need powerful development tools.The MC9S08AW MCU is one of HCS08 families.The system of MC9S08AW60 MCU include the smallest chip systems and PCB-board programming modules and hardware tool.This system consists of the hardware evaluation board and the related development tools.So that,a serial of problems such as too much dependency on import tools and lacking of development documents can be well solved.Additionally,an evaluation system with all-purpose,simple operation,low-price meets the needs of both study and development for all users.A BDM is developed.Taking MC9S08AW60 as an example,this paper has designed an evaluation board,applied the new development tools to it,constructed the whole evaluation system of Mcgs08AW60 which can be used to evaluate and develop applications.The paper describes the flow of the whole development in detail,which can provide reference for the development of other HCS08 chips and other embedded productions.First of all,this paper shows the hardware design,the theory block diagram of each hardware module.Secondly,According to BDM technology,after analysis of TBDML debugger from our l(?)boratory based on master chip JB8,find why the debugger cant debug the High-frequency MCU,and design new BDM debugger.This BDM debugger is High speed and it can debug High-frequency MCU.Thirdly,finished progrmning SPI and IIC and LED on the evaluation borad.
