Under the background of education informationization , collaborative education philosophy and national policy environment, people pursue the best effect of the modern information technology on education, Home-School Communication has always become the " laboratory" of the new technology. In July 2002, the state ministry of education is based on the "network under the condition of the Internet, the application of interactive research" and " research and application of EDU To Home" as a key research projects, and listed in national ministry of education "the fifteenth programming". Facts proved that " EDU To Home " has built a bridge between family and school . and made home-school communication in information technology support more efficient and effective. So, more and more companies joined in the research and development of some network-communication platform.Any kind of new technology will bring people fanaticism, but people finds that is not perfect. as Edu To Home does. Quite part of it's use process is mainly guardian report when children leaving school, occasionally, plus some news. So there is a " Edu To Home hot Fried cold food"etc. The main reason for the phenomenon is lack of the research of how to use it effectively. This paper will explore the question and wish for promoting the students' all-round development of health.In my own personal participation in EDU To Home and review the history, on the basis of multi-disciplinary theory and empirical research method of combining the analysis based on the communication process of EDU To Home. the parents, teachers and students who use EDU To Home, summarize various factors which influence the communication effect, and provide effective strategies and methods.Through the investigation of communication, the traditional form of communication, the cooperative education background, education informatization andpolicy environment background, I analyzed the function and value of EDU To Home. Through the survey, we find that the wrong view of the responsibility for students,the random of communication opportunity,the targetless of communication details,the oneness of communication mode the,the two sides of communication effect etc. And analyze the reason for the above questions from the platform itself, society,family and school four aspects: " mobile network","messages" defects, "utilitarianism" values of the professional characters,parents' effect ", parents and family culture differences, different types of family education,teacher education concept,the weakness of theory and ability of teacher ,the lack of time and energy of teachers.Finally, in view of the above findings and attribution analysis, the paper puts forward the strategies and methods of communication effect of preliminary assumption: abandon "utilitarianism" thought, promote"quality education" theory; Changing teachers' and parents' wrong ideas, formation of co-education between education consensus; Deepening the choice of appropriate communication contents, language expression;not only pay attention to EDU To Home but traditional way of communication.
