| The purpose of this paper is to study the online measure technology of lubricating oil on ships using crystal quartz.Firstly,the general knowledge about viscosity measurement and progress made home and abroad are introduced.Then,the fundamental principle and theoretical equation for the reason why quartz is used to measure viscosity is explained briefly.In the experiment,the signal synthesizing circuit and viscosity measuring circuit are designed and used to get the equation of kinetic viscosity and voltage by Matlab.Finally,the veracity of the equation is proved. Meanwhile,how to get the kinetic viscosity at specified temperature is discussed.In the part of signal synthesis,firstly the basic conception of DDS and its functional components are introduced.Secondly,the pins function and the time scheduling of chip AD9850BRS are shown.The interface and sequential control of SCM with AD9850BRS,SCM with LCD are also explained.Finally,design of signal synthesizing circuit is introduced.In the part of kinetic viscosity measure design,firstly the working principle,pins function and external circuit connecting of differential amplifier AD620,voltage converter AD637 and A/D converter MAX1132 are introduced.Secondly,the interface and sequential control of SCM with MAX1132,SCM with LCD are introduced. Besides,down-lead of crystal quartz and sensor dimension design are explained.Finally, signal measuring circuit design is introduced.In the experiment,the equation about voltage and kinetic viscosity is obtained.The veracity of the equation is proved,as well as the influence of depth at which the sensor fixed is researched.The result shows that quartz crystal can be used to measure lubricating oil on ships online.The equation based on ASTM can be used to get kinetic viscosity at specified temperature,whose slope can be referred to lubricating oil condition evaluating. |
