The comprehensive application of quartz crystals and the rapid development of crystals industry have requested more and more about the degree of slicing and high frequency stability of crystals. Under the background that the crystals measurement has lagged a lot, as well as, the main control equipments are basically depending on the importation in China, the new type of quartz crystals measurement separation system has emerged as the time's require. This article is mainly concentrated on the structure of system and the design and realization of the system software.At first, the article analyses the electric model of quartz crystals and the measuring method of its primarily electric parameters. On the basis of analysizing and comparing various measuring methods, π - network transmission method is selected as the measuring method of this system because of its higher precision, and at the same time, its circuit realization will be introduced, what's more, I detail the structure and technical process of the system in the paper. The total structure of the system can be divided into six modules, such as control, handing over the materials, orientation and counting, measuring, down loading the materials and communicating. From the degree of their functions, the article introduces the key technology which can be used to the makeup and realization of each module.The paper takes an emphasis on the design and realization process of the system software. Aiming at the software realizing objects and functions, it brings forward the unitary frame structure of the software. For increasing the control ability, security and real-time quality, we can utilize multi-thread, database and chart displaying etc. to complete the design of system software.In the last paragraph, the paper analyses the reason and resolution of system error and makes a comprehensive evaluation through a large quantity of experiment data and the analysis of real-time quiility and credibility.
