With the coming of intelligent life,remote control devices play an important role in people's lives gradually.This paper based on the household remote control devices,study the interface of Human-machine interaction interface using the methods of Ergonomics and industry design to wholly evaluate the usability of the productions and improve the sensibility experience of users.Under the direction of usability principle,study the touching and vision experience of using,researching the human-machine interaction relationship generally.And based on these conclusions set up an evaluation system of the remote control devices,so as to achieve Ergonomics methods in the research of industry design,can not only achieve the innovation of methodology,but also accelerate the development of remote control devices.This paper started with the usability of remote control devices, according to the questionnaire survey and interviews,study the status of the using of remote control devices,by analyzing the widespread using problem in using the devices.Integrate various disciplines of knowledge and theory,to finding a reasonable researching method of relationship among the various of human-machine interactions.This paper proceeded with the study of touching and vision neural feedback,according to the hand size,muscle and bone analysis of the physiological characteristics of the holding of comfort and feedback;and analysis the comfortable shape and biomechanics load through the dynamics model of the fingers push button control.Validate the comfortable sharp and parameter of the control keys through the reaction time and comfortable experiments.Get the colors designing principle of remote control devices through the color reaction time experiments and data fitting analysis.Summarize the main points of character designing through the visual information processing experiments.Researching the arrange principles of complex interface through the experiment of information arrangement typical operation.Finally,through the application of research results in the design and analyse of cases,established the evaluation system of usability.Finished the researching process from the experimental data into the design theory, and then design theory applied in practice.This paper dedicate in the using and innovation of Ergonomics in production design.Study the human-machine interaction of remote control devices.Stand out the importance of usability study in production design,with the principle of improving users' sensibility experience, realize the whole designing flow,but also afford a convenient intercommunion platform for the designers and users.
