| In the post-epidemic era,the demand for collaborative office and design-related applications has grown.The fierce homogeneous competition in the market also forces mobile retouching software to make improvements in terms of innovation and user experience.There is still a gap in collaborative retouching software,with past research only on collaborative processing of vector graphics,but real-time collaborative editing of bitmaps has rarely been explored by scholars.The main challenge faced is the functional complexity of image processing,which leads to large interface information load and high barriers to the general public.If the traditional collaborative approach is directly overlaid,there will be difficulties in the perception of human-to-human collaboration,reducing its usability and efficiency and affecting user experience.In order to develop the human-computer interaction interface of collaborative retouching software,this paper takes collaborative retouching APP as the entry point,constructs a user experience design model applicable to it,designs a collaborative retouching APP with full functionality,good usability and user experience,and develops a high-fidelity prototype for usability testing.The main innovation points of the thesis are:(1)Based on user experience theory,design research on the information framework,interaction gestures,collaborative perception,interface layout and visual elements of collaborative retouching APP,and summarize the design principles and model of collaborative retouching APP based on user experience;provide design basis for innovative collaborative retouching APP design.(2)Build a framework of key variables from the collected user features,cluster three typical user profiles and user journey maps,and establish a user model.And prioritize the collected original requirements based on the KANO model to derive a list of features and build a framework for subsequent practical design.(3)Clustering the interface layout of the key modules of the existing collaborative and retouching APPS,and designing a parallel prototype of the key interface of the collaborative and retouching APP in combination with user research.Collect the word frequency weights of existing user experience evaluation indexes,establish the layout evaluation index system applicable to collaborative retouching APP by Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method,and use it to filter the parallel prototypes.and design research on visual style,color,icon,text and Logo of the presentation layer.(4)Based on the user experience design model of APP,named "Co-Retouch" was designed with Sketch as the prototyping tool,and usability tests,self-reporting metrics and eye-movement experiments were conducted with the control group.The experiments showed that the usability of the app was good,which further confirmed the rationality of the UX design model of Co-Retouch app studied in this paper. |
