With the rapid development of economy and great changes in port management system,the port plays an increasing important role in the strategy of promoting the economic development, and it is obvious that the management of port production has become more important.Scheduling is an important part of port production management,and equipment configuration is the key work,which is directly effects whether making full use of the resource of port and taking advantage of its potential effectively.The research of port scheduling model and advanced scheduling algorithm has already become a greate focus.This paper takes the management of bulk terminal which is the most difficult to control and realize Informational in all of the ports as the observed research object in this research.By analyzing the home and abroad research status of port production scheduling,dynamic programming algorithm,the features and characteristics of bulk terminal production management,we have proposed the research of loading and unloading equipment optimization system in bulk terminal based on fuzzy dynamic programming.Aiming at the decision-maker have a deeper understanding of visual on the scheduling programs,this research brings advanced informational technology and scheduling optimization algorithm into the bulk terminal,and finally provides an effective and scientific way to avoid the blindness in the decision-making.The main contents of the paper is that study further in bulk terminal production system, summarized the type of production,key point of production management,loading and unloading equipments,technical process,the constraints of effecting the productivity of production and so on;Above that,the paper has discussed the feasibility of using dynamic programming methods combinating fuzzy mathematics theory to resolve the problem of loading and unloading equipment configuration optimization,then established the problem's mathematical model and carried on solved.Finally,made the needs analysis and total design by structured design methods, includingmethods,including system architecture design,system process design and database design,and then develop the Web application system based on B/S multi-layer structure,which allows application process to communicate and data sharing through the Internet.In the paper,the equipment configuration optimization system was developed by using the multi-layer architecture technology and distributed technology through the VS.NET platform, combinating Web Services technology.Through the analysis of bulk terminal concrete business model,we have proposed the concept of multi-layer structure,analyzed the key points of each levels and the details.At the same time,the system introduced the Web Services technology, which not only eliminated the network platform adaption problem made by configurationing so many times,but also maintained the mathematical model dynamically,which make the system more expandable and practical.
