With the proposal of industry 4.0,the "Made in China 2025" development outline also is put forward in China,it has brought a new direction to the development of the manufacturing industry.Industrial interconnection is the development goal of manufacturing enterprises,collaborative design,collaborative manufacturing,collaborative quality control and collaborative service of product business are realized because of industrial interconnection.With the continuous improvement of consumers' customizing demand for product functions and features,customized product has become a new trend,however,the traditional manufacturing system of production equipment,analytical methods and production efficiency has become increasingly unable to meet the market demand,and the resources are seriously wasted in production process at the same time.Present equipment control system is mostly used to manage and control single production equipment,equipment maintenance exists serious deficiencies,equipment outage rate is high,the production efficiency is low,and it is not good enough to master the flexible degree of production equipment,therefore,with the customizing development of products,the re-utilization rate of equipments is low,the new product development cycle is extended.At the same time,equipment managers have some problems,such as low cultural quality,weak scientific management theory and professional technical knowledge.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional manufacturing system,the enterprises urgently need a set of equipment management system with strong universality,expansibility and reconfiguration.ITPM equipment intelligent management system is obtained on the basis of networked transformation and expanded application of TPM equipment maintenance system.Based on it,the main research contents of this subject are divided into the following aspects:(1)Aiming at the difficulty to realize the interconnection transformation in the equipment level of traditional production enterprises,a set of complete equipment interconnection solutions is proposed.The realization of collecting various data from a large number of variant equipment in the existing production line is the foundation for the manufacturing system to achieve intellectualization,at the same time,the difficulty of obtaining the process detection data of various equipment required in the whole life cycle management of equipments also is solved.The success of equipment interconnection makes the digitalized management equipment become possible.The equipment data resource is collected successfully,the automation,informatization degree and equipment management level of the workshop are improved.(2)Using FameView configuration software to realize data collection and classification,the relational database is configured through the database management tool in the data memory equipment.The data display terminal is designed through human-computer interaction interface to monitor the operation of the equipment,and the visual interface is designed for MTTR,MTBF,OEE,normal and abnormal operation time of the equipment and other major data.The corresponding data access interface is opened according to the data requirements of other upper applications.(3)Analyzing the collecting data,selecting the maintenance record time of a certain station of a certain equipment,the improved particle swarm optimization is used to search the best equipment maintenance cycle,achieve preventive maintenance,and reduce the equipment outage rate;combine with the factory photovoltaic power generation project to reduce the power cost and save energy in the maximal degree;calculate the device action time of equipments in product production process,and apply the dynamic programming theory to realize the combination of theory and practice,optimize product production process and improve work efficiency.
