With the development on the global economy and the liberalism trade, the international logistics increases greatly on quantity;the port was faced fast development of opportunity. The port enterprise is operated to production by pure production type gradually the type changes, people is aware of importance about loading and unloading mechanization, operation rationalization, decision optimal, organize scientific, and increase management horizontal.The choice of the port handling facilities production technology and the correspondence of loading and unloading mechanical at present, still remain in the lower stage. To those complicated systems, it is unable to bring the ability of the resources of production of enterprises into full play by people's experience. In recent years, virtual reality technology has already become the focus of the researching and developing in computer science and other technological science fields. Its application is more and more extensive. This text takes the bulk terminal which is the most difficult to control and realize pieces of activity in production as the observed object in this research. We introduces the VR technology and the Simulation technology to the decision-making of the loading-unloading craft in bulk terminal, and research on key techniques for simulation platform of the loading-unloading craft of the bulk terminal, that make the decision-maker know the performance and efficiency from the quay, avoid the faults and improve quality in decision-making.The article introduces the VR technology and the Simulation technology, and analyses the target goods, the unloading equipments, the assistant tools and the processes of bulk loading/unloading on the base of a whole view of the operation system of ports. The writer proposes the thinking of the development of the simulation platform of the loading-unloading craft of the bulk terminal, and analyses the key technology. For example, creates standard model library and object of loading-unloading equipments as well as the Graphical User Interfaces, to name only a few.Through analyzing the production course of the mechanical equipment of thebulk terminal, combining virtual reality technology and mechanical designing technique, base on Flexsim and VC.net to set up kinematics model, realize the action of the unloading equipment object in processes of simulation. According to analyzing the efficiency of the unloading equipment, makes the Graphical User Interfaces, and realize the human-computer interaction control.Through analyzing the characteristic of target goods and stowed rule, develop a platform of stowed target goods and design a module of unloading goods on Flexsim. Let target goods could stow and unload freely in processes of simulation of bulk terminal.
