The medical management system of army was coming into information-based phase,as a convenient,flexible and compositive small medicine storeroom,medicine-chest for army took an important part in medical treatment guarantee,cure for disaster and international action for peace,and it also needed information-based management.After studying RFID and embedded system technology,the RFID reader was designed and applied to medicine-chest for army to realize the information-based management,and the application foundation was laid for the information-based management of army medical treatment.The whole design scheme for RFID reader was given and applied to the medicine-chest management system by studying RFID and embedded system technology.The hardware platform included embedded control module,transceiver module,interface circuit for multi-antenna module and antenna.The software platform included building of cross-compile environment and embedded Linux system,the design and realization of communication driver of RFID transceiver module and GUI based on Qt technology.The design of hardware and software was introduced in detail:embedded control module used S3C2410A processor of Samsung corporation,and the device circuit was designed and realized,radio frequency chip RI-R6C-001A of TI corporation was used as RFID reader transceiver module,interface circuit for multi-antenna and antenna were designed with the technology of multi-antenna space division orientation,and then the cross-compile environment of embedded system was built, the analysis of Bootloader's startup process and the transplanting of Bootloader were done; the migrating of Linux kernel to embedded control module based on S3C2410A was finished on the basis of the configuration of kernel.Because scheme needed GUI,root file system with qtopia interface was studied and migrated.After building embedded Linux system platform, communication driver of reader was finished,GUI was realized based on Qt technology.The realization of the wireless communication between medicine-chest reader and information management control center was studied.In process of identification of tags,the anti-collision algorithm with time slot and bit search technology is used by reader.The test platform and method were given after finishing the building of hardware and software in system,the function of every module in reader system was tested and analyzed.The test result for the reader system showed that the reader system could realize the identification and orientation of medicine and instrument in different space of medicine-chest, by interface circuit for multi-antenna module with the function of space division orientation, and anticipative purpose was achieved on the whole,the application foundation was laid for the information-based management of army medical treatment system.
