Demodulation Technology Based On Software Defined Radio

The thesis firstly introduces the basic concept of the Software Defined Radio, related theories and its several items of key technology, design the hardware platform. Meanwhile analyze the modulation and demodulation algorithms such as ASK, FSK, PSK which are the core of software defined radio. After the method being established based on the FPGA, the programme was designed for it with VHDL and simulated by the software Quartus II and got the reports which testify the correctness and feasibility of the system.Choose the chips EP1C6Q240,AD9480 and AD9707 to design the hardware circuit.Though the research, the thesis demonstrates the feasibility and flexibility to implement digital modulation/demodulation processing and control in FPGA and lays a foundation for building up a whole Software Defined Radio system.
