Along with the development of astronautics and the digitization transformation of photoelectricity altazimuth, one kind of memory system that has high-speed memory, the big capacity, the small volume and the high reliability is requested. It will store the data that have been carried on and do following processing.Along with the data acquired technology development, the speed of gathering data is more and more high, the capacity is more and more big, the way that the traditional computer store receives is limited due to the width and speed of the band, already very was difficult to have the very big breakthrough. On the contrary, along with the semiconductor development ,the price of nonvolatile storage is more and more low, and the capacity is more and more big, obtains the more person's attention.This article discussed the plan that Flash memory array realized the data of high velocity and large capacity. After thoroughly understood the characteristic of the Flash memory stored datum, system uses the multi-piece Flash overlapping programming, the multi-tasking method, obtains the high speed and the big storage capacity. The overall system take FPGA as the control core, the control data read-write and so on. In order to analyze and processing, system send data to computer by USB2.0.Firstly, this article analyzes strengths and weaknesses of a number of modern storage systems.then advanced a method that the Flash memory array ,and gives the diagram of storage systems hardware design, and the hardware design of the module. It is important that FPGA design is the timing of internal Flash memory array . This paper analyses and designes the rasing, reading and writing of the Flash, and identify invalid block, FPGA and the USB data communication timing,Then empolders the USB firmware and driver. Finally, this paper discussed the module debugging method, pointed out the problems and solutions in the process of debugging, and demonstrated that thissystem can meet the high-speed high-capacity storageon the basis of theoretical and experimental.
