The measurement of curved surface practised in industrial production is very important. Laser triangulation measurement is non-contact,lower-damaged surfaces, flexible material choosing, simple structure,wide measuring distances, interference-free, small measuring point, great precision and it is real-time on line measuring,so Laser triangulation measurement is predominance in curved surface measuring.This paper first introduced the methods of curved surface measurement, especially introduced the character of Laser triangulation measurement. Secondly, developed a non-contact and faster method which can be used in measuring free surfaces, discussed the feasibility of the method. After analyzing the experiment result we found the factors constrained the testing velocity and precision, then the method of ameliorating is developed. |
