In the course of researching the atmospheric laser communication system, in order to find out the influence of each part in the system, it is need to measure the output energy and the remote energy density of laser quickly, accurately and real time. And then we can make the farther pertinence research and amelioration to improve the performance of the system.This paper introduces a kind of measurement system of remote energy density of the pulsed laser. In the system, the receiving target is placed energy detectors to measure the energy of the characteristic position. The camera takes the pictures of the receiving target. After gathering and analyzing the image information, we can draw the distributing chart of the laser energy density according to the energy of the characteristic position. At the same time, in order to make the camera capturing each pulsed laser signal and reduce the redundancy of the image information, it uses the APD to make leading forecast of the pulsed laser signal to control the integrating time of the camera as synchronous signal.
