Laser radar has broad application prospects because of the unique physical properties of its civilian and military fields. Bistatic lidar is the new direction of application development, the ranging forecast of bistatic lidar and high speed scanning system are two of the key technologies of two-base lidar.Firstly, the equivalence SNR grahp of bistatic lidar is discussed. In addition, ranging detection of bistatic lidar is analyzed; Then the SNR and received power of bistatic lidar in the certain range is investigated; Through the research on the several methods of high speed laser scanning,the scanning system of laser lidar is decided,in the fourth department. Several key parameters of prism are gained under great amount of analysises and calculations,in addition of scanning mode ,flying state of the target , laser equipment etc, the speed of rotation equation of the scanning system is gained,then the speed of rotation of the scanning system is chosen.Finally, the design of lidar scanning system is finished and roughly introduced.The processing of prism is special described.In this paper, the principle of the final structures of experimental laser radar system is built,to measure and testify ground SNR and noise ,lidar constan under steady power and lidar equation.It is vert important to analyse the detection range and scanning range of bistatic lidar...
