Laser perforating system in high-speed prism scanning is widely used to perforate some thin nonmetal material, such as paper, leather and plaster, and so on. The system has many advantages, including simple and reliable control structure, high efficiency, dense and tidy pores after perforating. As a result the permeability of material can be greatly improved. And, it is also an important part of the laser perforating system that the permeability of material is on-line detected in time during perforating.The thesis, first of all, spreads from the control system for laser perforating, which mainly expatiates on the control theory and the design method for the laser perforating system in prism scanning. Meanwhile it analyzes the control system's mathematical function and control parameters, introduces the running theory of element equipments and how to choose them. Furthermore, the thesis emphatically expounds the light route design of prism scanning system and its relative parameters.Then, in the chapter of the on-line detecting system the thesis discusses the feasibility of detecting permeability in a photoelectric detector and how to devise the detector. The following contents are about the design of signal processing circuits based on the correlative detection theory of faint signal, and analyse their mathematical functions.The third part is the project of the center controlling and detecting unit which is grounded on the C8051 singlechip and a CPLD(complex programming logic device) chip, and the thesis presents the implementing method from its hardware and software .Lastly, the experiment evaluates the performance of controlling and detecting system. The result of experiment proves that the stability of control system and the perforating effect are excellent, and the linearity and precision of detecting system are good.
