Accurate measurement of wind velocity and wind field is very important in military and civil applications.Firstly, the principle of coherent wind Lidar is introduced, the index system of coherent wind Lidar is analyzed and demonstrated,the better technology scheme and technology route are proposed。Secondly, Real-time doppler signal processing techniques are investigated by coherent lidar system with the 14 bit high-sampling-rate of 400Msps,the basic principle of the high-speed and high-precision ADC system design is introduced. the architecture of the hardware and software is proposed.,including the FFT calculating of the Doppler signal,the theory of nonrelative accumulate,Seek mode,maximum selection ,Parts of schemes and the codes are given in detail. And the questions in design are explained, which should be paid attention to.Finally,Based on the scheme, the prototype of doppler signal processing of coherent wind Lidar is designed with 1.5um laser and some experiments are carried out, The test results show the feasibility and the adaptability of the technology scheme.
