| The paper takes the standard Chinese television news development strategy in the Cantonese area as the object of study,takes the South television station"today"as the research case,straightens out the history of standard Chinese television news development in the Cantonese area,analyses the Cantonese television news and standard Chinese television news respectively in the Cantonese area,as well as the future trend of the development.It discuses the cause and effect that holds the viewer' absolute superiority in watching television,as well as the future and direction of the television news in the Cantonese area,and attempts to find a feasible road that is appropriate to standard Chinese television news development in the Cantonese area.After new China had been established,the Guang Dong area took the lead in establishing Guang Zhou television station in 1959,and broadcast television news in Cantonese for the first time.Obviously the television news of Guang Dong area has entered the Cantonese time from the beginning.On July 1,2001,the South television station was established officially,in which the economical channel(TELEVISIONS-1) in standard Chinese focuses on the livelihood of people.After broadcasting for a week it shot to the top of the ratings in the Guang Zhou standard Chinese television,and has initiated a series of reforms of Guang Dong news.But when we are gratified to see the standard Chinese television news getting the ratings,we also have to face the neglected fact that the Cantonese television news still occupies absolutely dominant position.When presented with this situation,it's urgent for the standard Chinese television news to break out of the local Cantonese television news and the Hong Kong news programs,and to find its own appropriate development path.To laissez faire its free development,to force it to carry on the promotion,or to choose some other path,at present there is no book on this special subject.This paper,from the perspectives of the communication,linguistics and journalism,tries to find one possible road to supply the need of the development for the standard Chinese television news in the Cantonese area.Through the analysis,this paper believes that the Cantonese television news will occupy the dominant position in the Guang Dong area television news domain in the present stage and in a long period of time.But with the rapid development of the Guang Dong economy and the change of the urban population structure,it will bring about the great change of the television viewers structure.The standard Chinese television news will inevitably be the trend of the development.If the standard Chinese television news in its developing process wants to obtain a considerable development in the Cantonese area,it's especially important to find an accurate localization.Based on the locality and also paying attention to the constant changes will be helpful for the standard Chinese television news to find one higher localization in the Cantonese environment compared to the existing one.Also,the broadcasting way will be helpful for the standard Chinese television news to get more audiences' love,not only the local audiences. |
