The conventional testing of force acting on a plane models in a wind tunnel is used to measure the aerodynamic forces and moments and to supply original data for calculating the aerodynamic characteristics. There are some errors during the process of wind testing and these errors should be avoided as possible as I could. Or the method for the error correction should be given to make the result of measurement access to the true value. Because multifarious error occurs in the test, we will give method to correct the error. Some corrected data get from the testing, the others get from numerical computation.The reasons that the error appears should be analysed in order to obtain the best corrected effort. The error theory should be adopted to judge the type of the errors and give the feasible method to correct the multifarious error. The research succeeds in getting rid of the big error in limited precision by Grubbs' criterion and Dixon' criterion.Devide the systematic error into two types, one kind of errors is caused by the experiment's method which is not perfect enough, the other is caused by approximate simulation.Some methods of systematic error can be corrected between finishing the test and transformating co-ordinate,and the others can be done after the compution of aerodynamics derivative.The error correction system of the plane model testing should include necessarily function of error correction. In order to correct the error validity, the veracity of the aerodynamics derivative should be assured. Adopt the least squares procedure to compute the aerodynamics derivative.The design of error correction programing is written by Visual C++ 6.0. Related algorithms,such as error correction, co-ordinate transformations, derivative, coefficient compution and so on, have been realized in the program. We can get the result by inputing data which limited in fixed format and parameter relate to the status of the model and the testing according to the prompt of the interface.In order to show the necessity of the error correction, the charts can be drawn by the originaldata and corrected data. Press the button on the interface and the charts appears to.Relatively accurate result could be obtained by this software which correct thewind testing data. One of the advantages of this software is that it can complete the error correction in one time, while the error correction should be finished in servral times before. The others is that the computational speed is greatly improved by this software.
