The side and distribution pattern of steam wetness in steam turbine is directly affected the economical efficiency and security of its function. Therefore, the on-line monitoring to steam wetness is significantly. In this paper the perturbation hygrometry system with a single resonator is analyzed and the whole control system based on single resonator was designed .The design ideas of the design philosophy , hardware structure and the program flow as well as some debugging results of system, have been given in detail. In this system the single-chip computer MSP430F157 with ultra-low power consumption is used as the control and processing core, the periphery circuits mainly include the system of the frequency tracking, the equal precision frequency measurement and the temperature measurement of the resonator. Experiment proved that, the precision of frequency tracking get to KHz and the frequency measurement get to 10-7 , satisfy the requirement of wetness measurement. In this design, the CPLD is used which made the circuit is simple and the integrated degree is high.
