Zhong Shuhe is not only a well-known publishing editor,essayist, but also the history of experts in the field of humanities research. Rough experience of his life, nearly 50 years before the beginning of the work of editing a book. The main books he edited were "From East to West Collection",the books of Zhou Zuoren and the books of Zeng Guofan. Zhong Shuhe always adheres to published culture features, and he always put his reflections of history and reality into the books which he edited, in order to achieve the power of thought-provoking. There are still a reality significance and a significant impact of "From East to West Collection". At the same time he maintains his is an idea of the know-how and courage of the publishers. He suggested to edit the books of Zhou Zuoren and the books of Zeng Guofan no the 20th century out of the 80's. And to withstand pressure to implement his thoughts. He is also writing books, the published personal works include "Shu Qian Su Hou" "From East to West", "Occasional" and "Xue Qi Duan", "Nian Lou Ji" and so on.There are three chapters of this paper. Chapter one, summarizing the achievements of Zhong Shuhe. Chapter tow, concluding Zhong Shuhe's editing experiences and editorial thoughts. Final chapter sums up the practical activities of Zhong Shuhe's editing and editorial thinking of practical significance. This article holds that, although the editing and publishing Zhong Shuhe's experience is not rich, but he as a publisher dedicated to the pursuit of ideological and cultural spirit of the cause and vision, the concept of editing and publishing the pioneering task, meticulous attitude of the editorial excellence of today's engaged in editing and publishing the cause of people have a realistic reference.
