As the most economical and practical automatic identification technology up to now, bar code technology was proposed in the early 1970s, which has been widely used in many different fields. In order to satisfy the requirement of expressing more types and greater information capacity in the limited area, two-dimensional bar code came into being, which can make up the inadequacy of one-dimension bar code in expressing information. The study of 2-dimensional barcode abroad was far earlier than the domestic one, so they have possessed many kinds of code core technology such as PDF417,QRcode,Code 49, etc. On the contrary, only few domestic companies have owned our national intellectual property rights of two-dimensional barcode. The key and difficult part of two-dimensional barcode technology is the distinguishing of the barcode. Because of its characteristics such as big capacity, high density, strong error correcting ability and high security intensity, its disguishing technology is much more complicated than one-dimension bar code. Therefore, the research on the encoding and distinguishing technology is very important to reduce the application cost of two-dimensional barcode and to develop its wide application in our country.As one kind of two-dimensional barcode technology, Quick Response code (QRcode) shows the prosperous future due to its merits such as big information capacity, quick reading speed, omnidirectional reading ability and specific data compression pattern on expressing Chinese characters and Japanese characters. Having chosen the QRcode as the research object, by the analysis of its sign structure, this thesis discusses in detail the encoding rules and error correction coding algorithm, and realizes QRcode encoding and decoding software, and puts forward effective image-preprocessing and distinguishing algorithm according to the characteristics the QRcode sign.Nowdays, faced with the increasing quality and safety problems of agricultural products, effective approaches to controlling such problems based on traceable logistics have gained wide attention all over the world. The thesis points out that the application of QRcode technology to agricultural products traceable logistics can realize the effective trackback of the supplying chain of agricultural products and make foundation for its effective traceability. The contents and the results of the research the thesis has mainly completed are as follows:1. It studies the QRcode encoding algorithm including encoding rules and error correction coding algorithm;2. It analyzes the image-preprocessing and distinguishing and decoding algorithm of QRcode 2-dimensional barcode. In order to distinguish the QRcode sign correctly, improvements have been made in the rectification of the distortion of QRcode image.3. It designs and realizes the QRcode encoding and decoding systems based on c# development tools.4. It designs the solution application of the agricultural products traceable logistics based on QRcode technology.The experimental results on the platform of Visual Studio.net demonstrate that the system can encode and distinguish correctly, which proves the feasibility and steadiness of the above algorithms. Finally, the thesis summarizes the research and experiments and offers the direction and objectives of the future work.
