With the development of computer technology,cathode ray tube display technology and network communication technology, Distributed Contorl System become a new type of computer control system. It succeeded in the combination between production process automation and information management. This new technology has been widely used in many areas of industrial control.Circulating fluidized bed technology has developed as a clean and efficient coal-fired technology since 1970s. Circulating fluidized bed boiler has many advantages, such as high efficiency,low pollution, fuel adaptability,good load regulation performance. It has become the main force of industrial boilers. Conventional circulating fluidized bed boiler tranditional control system mainly uses analog instrumentation. Because of the limitations of analog instrumentation, the traditional control system of circulating fluidized bed can not be achieved in precise automation, storage of operating parameters . In this paper, we use HC900 to design the distributed control system of 75 t / h circulating fluidized bed of Hualin GITI Tire Co., Ltd.In this paper, we first introduced the development, the basic structure and principles of distributed control system, combined with technology characteristics and combustion principle of circulating fluidized bed boiler. Then we focused on the application of distributed control system in the circulating fluidized bed boiler control.With the analysis and comparison of typical height of the drum water level control, we use three impulse control algorithm to stabilize the boiler drum water level. For the coupling relationship among steam flow, steam pressure and wate flow, we designed the proper algorithm. The system has already been put into practical operation, the results show that the system has high response speed,high control precision and good control quality and fits for the design requirements.In this paper, we completed the request of data communications, user interface design and data storage. The designed system solve the tranditional control system could not store the previous data, run reports and the shortcomings of manual, greatly improve the operator's operational efficiency, improve the stability of the boiler operation and reliability.
