With the rapid development of computer technology,Instant Message(IM) technology is becoming a most important application after Email and Web. As a new means of communication,IM systems can help People communicate easily. People can transmit files,chat on line,hold video meeting on internet.At Present,IM system is being used in government,business,and communication field sand so on.The research about the Instant Message System is a hot direction of the internet industry at present,it is especially a focus studied both at home and abroad even more about the instant messaging system of enterprise customer.The birth of the instant messaging software of the enterprise edition has brought the new thoughts and means to management of enterprises.Having promoted the improvement of enterprise's working efficiency,the reducing of the official bossiness cost,has caused the research upsurge of the project application.First of all,we introduce communication model and communication Protocol in some leading IM systems and analyze some kinds of SIP model,and then establish our IM system model..Based on these researches about key technology of IM domain,we propose and implement a IM system for corporate custom.The system consists of server module and client module.Server module Provide login in,connecting,gateway and database service function.Client module provides a good interview for business communication. Client also can integrate many other IM systems.In the end,we summarize our research works and analyze some problems that have not been resolved.We Prospect the future research direction.UP to now,the IM System has Passed function test and Pressure test,and is being used widely in many companies in Shandong.
