Research Of File Browser Service And File Transfer Service Based On Grid

Nowadays,Grid becomes an important information technology in the world,which aims to realize high Performance resource sharing and cooperation and to eliminate information and resource island. The kernel of Grid provide cooperating compute computing for many computer in virtual organize by Web Service. The grid 'fix' information that is in the network and the storing capability and managing capability of information, and become organic whole. This organic whole can provide better computing ability than any high performance computer and realize high level interaction and sharing of information. Information interaction and sharing all need information browsing and transferring and file is basic unit of information store. so, this paper will mainly introduce how realizing remote file browser service in grid, and detail analyze realizing progress of RFT(Reliable File Transfer) Service.This thesis describes the basic content and running mechanism of OGSA in detail, and analyzes the OGSA service--oriented model. Then, a File Browser Service and File Browser Client is Constructed on the base of globus Toolkit 3 open platform. File browser function is necessary in Grid which is as a base platform. So, this paper have been researched RFT Service and GridFTP protocol which are in grid. By researching of RFT Service, the principle of RFT Service is summarized, the theory which is improved on RFT Service is provided.
