Research Of The Third-party Logistics Enterprise's Warehouse Receipt Pledging Risk Evaluating Based On SOM Neural Network

In recent years, logistics financial service is moving up now in our country, and it will become a trend for both the 3PLs and banks. Warehouse receipt pledging is a new business development of logistics financial services. It is a convergence of the fields of logistics and financial operations. Warehouse receipt pledging can be used to solve the current problem of an unsound credit system. It becomes an important means of pooling funds between banks and enterprises. Warehouse receipt pledging business is still at the initial stage in China, therefore the risk research on it can be used for reference.Firstly, this paper introduced the connotation of warehouse receipt pledging and motive. Then the paper used IDEF3 method to describe the processing of warehouse receipt pledging, analyzed the weak point of the processing and presented measure to avoid risks.In the research of management risks, the paper analyzed the risks of practice and their importance based on the total and systematic ideas. On the occasion, through the study on the risk of this practice, it could draw a conclusion that many factors involved in the sluggish disposition, among which there are factors inside and factors outside. Based on SOM neural network, warehouse receipt pledging business risk rating model was built up. Through this model, risk of a warehouse receipt pledging business can be analysis.
