Research On Logistics Financial Risk Evaluation Of Warehouse Commitment Based On BP Neural Network

Logistics finance service is gradually attracting the attention of China's commercial bank and logistics enterprises,and becomes an innovative and value-added business service for the logistics enterprises with the development of market economy.Logistics finance service makes logistics enterprises,financing corporate,commercial bank and other relevant parts achieve multi-win.Logistics warehouse receipt pledge is the most typical business in logistics finance.By carrying out warehouse receipt pledge business,we can not only solve the difficulties of capital constraints for financing corporate and make sure commercial bank lending safely,but also expand the storage services and supervision services business of logistics enterprises,increase volume of business and improve the competitive power and efficiency.Warehouse receipt pledging has become an important means of financial intermediation between financing corporate and banks,also it has become a vital part of storage and supervision value-added business service for logistics enterprises.However,the logistics financial service is not perfect,which is still at an early stage relatively.Besides it involves the complicated operation process and the three participants' comprehensive legal relationship.Therefore,carrying out the logistics warehouse receipt pledge for the logistics enterprises involves the risk encountered in the service business.So how to prevent and control these risks constitute the motive of this study.This paper takes the concept,mode of logistics finance and the nature and legal relationship of warehouse receipt pledge as a starting point,and analysis the risks faced by logistics enterprises in the logistics warehouse receipt pledge by adapting Delphi method with preliminarily putting forward the following 4 aspects:financing corporate risks,logistics enterprise risks,commercial bank risks and macro system risks.By the issuance and collection of questionnaire,preliminary evaluation index system of logistics financial risk has been analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software with higher level reliability and validity.And then assess the risk of logistics finance service by BP neural network with BP neural network theory.Finally,this paper proposes measures against logistics finance risks based on the risk evaluation indexes and risk evaluation result which including logistics enterprises supervision and operation risk control,pledging goods risk control,warehouse receipt pledge operating technology risk control,warehouse receipt pledge documents risk control,financing corporate financial risk control,environment risk prevention.The research of this thesis contributes to a comprehensive understanding of warehouse receipt pledging and risk factors.Also it can be used for reference in preventing and controlling risk of carrying out this business among the commercial bank,logistics enterprises and logistics enterprises in a certain extent.As well as provide reference material for research logistics finance in future.
